High blood pressure

उच्च रक्तचाप

Blood pressure answers directly to both diet and stress. Here too the decision about medication is your doctor’s, not the camp’s.

Why it develops

The camp does not treat high blood pressure as an isolated illness. It is read as one more expression of the same underlying cause — years of load on the digestive system, an irregular routine, and food the body cannot process.

While that cause stays in place, the symptom keeps returning in one form or another. So the camp works on the cause, not on the symptom.

What the diet-led approach does

Over seven days the digestive system is given rest — through juice diet, fasting and a sattvic sequence of meals. Salt intake, pranayama and regular measurement all move together. BP is measured daily through the camp.

Alongside it: pranayama, regular sleep and a fixed daily routine. Everyone leaves with a personal diet chart written for them.

The dietary principles

  • Reduce salt
  • Pranayama every day
  • Measure regularly
  • Walk daily
  • Change medication only on your doctor’s advice

Experience

From people who came with high blood pressure

These are individual experiences. Results vary from person to person.

  • The best part was that nobody told me to stop my medicine. What they said was — learn to watch your own body.
