मोटापा
Obesity is not itself the illness — it is a signal that the body is taking in more than it can process. The camp does not aim at losing weight; it aims at repairing digestion, and weight follows behind it.
The camp does not read obesity as arithmetic — calories in against calories out. It reads what the body actually does with what it is given.
When the digestive system is under constant load — heavy meals at irregular hours, no gap between them, eating late at night — it never gets the time to digest. What is not digested is stored.
That is why obesity usually travels with acidity, constipation, fatigue and disturbed sleep. These are not separate illnesses. They are different faces of one condition.
The first two days give the digestive system rest — juice diet and light sattvic food. The third day is a fast. Food then returns gradually, but on a fixed sequence and at fixed hours.
Much of the change on the scale in seven days is retained water and undigested load. The lasting change is not built at the camp but in the routine that follows it — and that routine is the camp’s real subject.
On the sixth day weight, BP and sugar are measured again so you can see the difference yourself. On the seventh you leave with a diet chart written for you.
Seven days is a beginning, not an end. People who hold the change tend to keep three things: fixed mealtimes, an early and light dinner, and a real gap between meals.
If you take medication for diabetes, BP or thyroid alongside obesity, the camp does not stop it. There is a doctor consultation on the sixth day, and any decision after that is made with your own treating doctor.
Experience
These are individual experiences. Results vary from person to person.
The biggest difference in seven days was waking up without that heaviness. I changed when I ate, and sleep sorted itself out.

Wisdom

There is no shortage of advice on what to eat. Almost nobody talks about when — although the body answers to that more.

Fasting sits in tradition and in physiology alike. Both say the same thing — the digestive system needs an interval.
